The City of Geneva has a long history that goes back more than two millenniums. Its past is tightly linked to its economical development which extends from the watchmaking field to the bank trade but also the international organizations who have conferred Geneva the title of International City.
The excavations that started in the 90s, have resulted in a large site comprised by an area devoted to housing and a part devoted to farming, typical organization of a Gallo-Roman villa in the Parc de la Grange in Geneva. After several years of excavation
